The central feature of the restaurant is the open plan theatre kitchen, where you can watch your food cooked to order. In a light, airy and contemporary space which pays tribute to the historic features of the building, the food menu offers a range of modern British dishes to suit all tastes.

Aged steaks, quality cuts and homemade burgers feature in our grill menu, and our main menu includes a wide selection of dishes, from fresh fish and salads to sharing boards.

All our meat is of premium quality, 100% British and sourced from Aubrey Allen, who won 'Ethical Meat Supplier of the Year' three times. Our pork, chicken and eggs are all free range and our beef is dry-aged on the bone for 21 days to tenderise the meat and intesify the flavour. 

Flexing across breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu offers food all day, every day. We also have a children's menu and activity sheet, and can cater to specific dietary requirements.

A choice of freshly ground coffees, teas and soft drinks are available all day, as well as fresh, homemade cakes and pastries and our great breakfast menu.
